Nationwide Issue not resolved Jan 11 2025 - $0 Balance

Quicken posted they resolved the zero dollar balance issue with Nationwide on Jan 10, 2025. Day after I deleted my Nationwide account and re-established it from scratch. It shows the correct balance during the set up but after the account fully shows in my file it shows ZERO DOLLAR balance. Like before.

ISSUE NOT RESOLVED. Stop teasing me.

MacOS 15.2, Quicken Classic for Mac 8.0.0. Build 800.56192.100

    Please use Help > Report a problem… to report this (and any other errors you run into) as that is the normal workflow for reports.

    I've asked a moderator to move this from the Investing (Mac) forum into either the Mac Downloads or Errors forum which is a more appropriate place for this report. Hopefully someone from Quicken will comment for you.
