LifeHub upload

I am trying to use Life Hub to see if I coudl make it useful, but am already starting to get annoyed. Under IDs I am trying to upload a picture of my drivers license. Most phone now support HEIC, but Life Hub does not seem to. At first I thought it was live, so I took one with live off. Its going to be pretty annoying if I have to try adn convert each document picture into some other kind of file.

Any suggestions on working around this?

    I'm sorry to hear you're encountering this issue. Quicken LifeHub does support most common file types. Are HEIC the only file types you're encountering issues with? What happens when you try to upload them? Are you seeing any error messages?
