Bill reminders randomly lose category name, now [Unspecified Account]

For several years now, bill reminders randomly lose a split-category name. Each time I discover this, I correct by editing the reminder (all instances) first and then selecting. I've also deleted/recreated the reminder. I've done validate & super-validate. And yet, it just keeps happening around every other month.

Anyone in the community have this problem, and suggestions to fix?

Quicken - I'm happy to pay annual subscription fees for a product that's predictable, reliable, and stable. But this could be end for me. Make product stable again. Then introduce high-valve features. I care less about the continuous updates of low-value tweaks to the look and feel of the product.

    I'm sorry to hear this is happening. To assist with this issue, please provide more information. When did you first notice this problem? Is this happening with the same reminder series over and over, or is it more random? Is this happening with income reminders, bill reminders, or both? You mentioned you ran a Validate. Did Quicken find any issues?

    This tool is terrible, lost text multiple times when attaching documents.

    "[unspecified account]" Issue first reported to QK via chat in June 2024 (see attached for details). I discovered while reconciling historical transactions, finding >660 occurrences within split categorized transactions. QK chat opened Ticket T1-IN - 11143432. There was no follow-up, no solution provided. Validate & super-validate found no related issues, did not fixed corrupted transactions. I spent a full day manually correcting because QK doesn't offer a mass replacement of split category transactions.

    After several occurrences of [unspecified account] discovered while reminder for month payments, used QK app's built problem reporting (since Chat/ticket failed) 10/28/24. See attached example. Received zero acknowledgement or response to this reporting.

    And corrupted reminders continue now (January 2025), impacting now 2 different categories, reminders. I've previously deleted/recreated them as well.

    Just re-ran validate and it's not good - "The following transaction(s) were linked to account(s) that are no longer in Quicken. Quicken has changed them to indicate that the account was deleted. Please check them and set the category or destination account correctly. Make sure that this does not duplicate transactions." Now I have ~2000 transactions for 20 yrs with [unspecified accounts], and this includes the same transactions as originally reported in June 2024 and previously manually fixed.

    Absolutely TERRIBLE…
