MassMutual Account Shows Zero Balance (STILL) - Quicken Classic Premier for Mac

I have seen a number of opened and closed conversations about the problem of MassMutual Annuities showing a zero balance. I first encountered this problem in either August or September of last year and finally opened my own ticket (11321473) on October 8, 2024. I watched one question that was answered by a Quicken employee indicating that it was an issue with the screen scraper and it had been resolved. That discussion was then closed. I called yesterday to Quicken Support and was told that the issue is still open. If that is the case, who is closing these questions/discussions? Also, how can I see the ticket I supposedly have open?
Yesterday, after calling Quicken Support I followed the instructions on the posting saying it was resolved, deleting my MassMutual account in Quicken, backing up my file, etc. and then created a new account and was able to connect to MassMutual and link the account which showed the correct balance. That said no detail was downloaded and the balance still shows zero.
This situation is distressing on a number of levels. First, there is apparently still no resolution after several months. Second, there has been contradictory information from Quicken personnel. Third, my annuity, worth several hundred thousand dollars, no longer is reflected as part of my net worth.
It would be APPROPRIATE for some communication from Quicken management on this topic.

Hello @Michael Heady,
I know it's frustrating that this issue has persisted for so long. I can see that it was marked resolved in November, but then reopened due to reports that the issue is still persisting. While we do not have an ETA, I do recommend that you bookmark the Community Alert since any updates, once available, will be posted there.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience!
