Quicken login and update problem

Hi!
I cannot access my Quicken account even though I am entering my password correctly. After resetting my password, the system still does not allow me to log in.
I changed my Quicken ID and created a new user account with a new password. Somehow, my new account is using the old data, and I don’t understand how this happened. I am unable to change it or access my new account.
