Cannot get out of auto-reconciling in Classic (Basic) wIN 11

There is no choice button to allow me to go to manual reconcile. This Visa account keeps on keeping on what ":Balance Adjustment" when in clear ink I should be balanced to the penny. This is a function of the reconcile butt, which even if I delete something that matches the "balance adjustment" it just doubles it!

I used to be able to choose a manual reconcile feature where you get to open and close out the statement.

I apologize for any frustration this issue may be causing!

Could you please right-click the account in question and select Edit/delete account. Then navigate to the Online Services tab. In there, check to see if the Reconcile using online balance checkbox on the bottom-right is checked (see below).

If it is checked, then please uncheck and click OK.

From there, open the account register and navigate to the Gear icon on the top-right and click on Reconcile.

If successful, you should then receive the screen below that will give you the option to choose between using Paper statement and Online balance. In this screen, you will find another checkbox at the bottom as well called Auto reconcile downloaded transactions that you will want to make sure remains unchecked.
