I have been getting cc-511 errors for my Republic Bank account since early December 2024. I called support at Quicken and at the end of it, I was no further along in getting a resolution. The staffer had me stop my online update and thereafter I was unable to reconnect to Republic Bank online thru Quicken. Instead of connecting when I try to sign up for Direct Connect (or whatever the name is now), I can log in to Republic, but instead of setting up the account, I get a message that says something like, "Oops. something went wrong" and says Error CC-511.
When I looked in the Community site's Discussion area, I could not find any current CC-511 comments or resolutions relating to Republic or anyone else.
Anyone got any current news on CC-511 errors?
I'm using Quicken Classic Premier on a Windows 10 machine.
