cc-511 errors for Republic Bank

I have been getting cc-511 errors for my Republic Bank account since early December 2024. I called support at Quicken and at the end of it, I was no further along in getting a resolution. The staffer had me stop my online update and thereafter I was unable to reconnect to Republic Bank online thru Quicken. Instead of connecting when I try to sign up for Direct Connect (or whatever the name is now), I can log in to Republic, but instead of setting up the account, I get a message that says something like, "Oops. something went wrong" and says Error CC-511.
When I looked in the Community site's Discussion area, I could not find any current CC-511 comments or resolutions relating to Republic or anyone else.
Anyone got any current news on CC-511 errors?
I'm using Quicken Classic Premier on a Windows 10 machine.

To troubleshoot this issue, since it has been going on for longer than 24 hours, per this article on CC-511 errors, please contact Quicken Support for further assistance, as they will need to check log files to see what is happening and either resolve the issue or escalate as needed. The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday. (Support will be closed Monday, 20 Jan 25, for Martin Luther King Jr. day).
