How do I get the prompt to print a reconciliation report again?

This month I started fresh with Quicken Classic Premier, already upgraded once to R60.20. Running under Windows 10 Pro.

I've now done a couple of credit card reconciliations from "paper" reports and neither one has prompted me after the reconciliation about printing a reconciliation report, which I always want to do. I was able to print the report manually from the Reports > Banking menu, but how do I get back the prompt that pops up after I click "Done" on the reconciliation? (I used to get this in Q2014, but I did not import my old file.)

BTW I see this asked here:

But I've got the "To run a reconcile report after reconcile" notification checked and I'm still not seeing the prompt to run the report.

I just tested entering a transaction in 2029 and I did get the prompt warning that it is over one year away. Also tried a duplicate check number and got a warning. So some notifications are working.

Have you tried toggling that setting off and then back on?

I believe the prompt to run a reconciliation report is only for checking accounts, not for credit card accounts.

Quicken user since Q1999. Currently using QW2017.

Thanks to you both. No I haven't tried toggling yet, and since I only reconcile something every week or two, I can't really test it until the next account closes. My checking account closes on 1/31 so I'll see what happens then. Seems like if they offer credit card reconciliation and reports, the notification prompt would apply to credit cards too!

Okay I toggled the checkbox. I did get the prompt after reconciling my checking account. Will try a CC in a few days…
