Cardinal Financial/ServiceMac

My mortgage used to work prior to Cardinal Financial moving to ServiceMac as their servicer. I have not been able to connect, even though ServiceMac is one of the options.
Here's the site to log in, which appears to be just like ServiceMac.
Any ideas?

Hello @nmayben,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
After reviewing your account internally, I see that you are encountering an FDP-155 FI_BLOCKING error with ServiceMac Mortgage. This error indicates that the financial institution is blocking access to their servers, preventing Quicken from retrieving data.
Please refer to this support article for more information.
As stated in the article:
"This error message will be presented when the financial institution is blocking access to their servers, preventing Quicken from retrieving data to download to your file. In some cases, this block is permanent."I recommend reaching out to your financial institution to determine whether this block is temporary or permanent. It may also be helpful to ask for a Tier 2 agent or a supervisor, as they are often more familiar with third-party programs like Quicken. If the financial institution is unable to assist, please don’t hesitate to reach back out to us for further support.
I apologize for any inconvenience! Thank you.

SO! I received a very weird reply. They claim that they don't integrate with 3rd party applications, however, there's still a portal for both Cardinal Financial and ServiceMac (latest servicer of loan).
I get the feeling this is a generic response without actually looking into it.1 -
Thanks for the update!
Based on the answer you received, it would appear that this may be a permanent block that the financial institution has placed, and the statement they gave you may have been, as you said, a generic response they give without needing to further explain the block. However, that is purely speculation based on what we're seeing on our end and what they have told you.
Ultimately, only the financial institution can confirm this and lift the block if they wish to support Online Connectivity with Quicken going forward.
I apologize for any inconvenience in the meantime that this block may cause you!

If the mortgage company blocks you from activating your account for transaction downloading and/or making Bill Pay payments for your monthly mortgage payments, it may be better to maintain the mortgage account in Quicken as an Offline Account, not activated for transaction downloading.
As far as the monthly mortgage payments are concerned …
Let the mortgage company's computer system do all the work for you. Logon to their website once and set up their Autopay, APS, Direct debit, etc. service to make the current payment and all future payments on Due Date directly from your checking account.
In parallel to that, in Quicken, every month, record a regular Scheduled Reminder to keep track of your payments before they come due.
Ensure that this reminder transfers the amount of Principal to the offline mortgage account register, to properly track the decreasing balance.
If Escrow is included in your monthly mortgage payment, track this money in a separate offline Escrow asset account register.0
