Quicken on the Web Annual Budget Detail

The columns on the "detail" view of the annual budget are too narrow and the numbers wrap instead of auto-adjusting to the required width. (Please see the attached screenshot). This is a reoccurring issue that was reported last year. It was corrected recently, and now it's broken again.

    Hello @Casablanca,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! When did you first notice this issue? Which web browser are you using when you access Quicken on the Web? Does this happen only when looking at Annual, Detail view?

I look forward to your response!

@Quicken Kristina This issue has been occurring for several months. It was reported last fall and as recent as this week. It appeared to be corrected for one or two days, then the issue occurred again. The columns won't auto-adjust to the required with of the data in the cells.

    Thank you for your reply,

When I test in my Quicken on the Web, I'm not able to replicate what you're seeing.

To help troubleshoot the issue, please answer these questions:

Which web browser are you using when you access Quicken on the Web?

Does this happen only when looking at Annual, Detail view?

    Thank you!

@Quicken Kristina I use Safari and Duck Duck Go on my Mac. Please see the attached screenshots. This only occurs with the "Detail" view in the annual budget. This happens with both browsers. The MacOS is Sequoia 15.2. This appears to be an intermittent issue. When I accessed the annual budget detail yesterday, it appeared correctly. However, this morning it was broken again on two browsers and two separate Macs.

    Thank you for your reply,

I'd recommend using a different browser and seeing if the issue is resolved in that alternate browser. Chrome, Edge, and Firefox usually work fairly well with Quicken.

I have forwarded the issue with the budget details screen not displaying properly in Safari and Duck Duck Go to the proper channels for further investigation and resolution. Please navigate to Help > Report a problem and submit a problem report with log files attached in order to contribute to the investigation.

While you will not receive a response through this submission, these reports will help our teams in further investigating the issue. The more problem reports we receive, the better.

    We apologize for any inconvenience!

    Thank you.
