AIG Valic/Corebridge

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭

Just got the Investor360 issue resolved after more than a week and now Aig/Valic/Corebridge not updating, have been getting the same error message OL 301 A for several days, have been submitting the problem in a report daily, but it's not been addressed/fixed/repaired.

    Thank you for coming to the Community to let us know you're encountering this issue! When did you first notice this issue? Have you done any troubleshooting for this issue? If you haven't already done so, I recommend taking a look at this article on OL-301 errors and following any applicable troubleshooting steps:

    If the issue is not resolved, then please contact the financial institution for further assistance. Because we don't have access to their servers, we cannot verify your account and/or service information on those servers and cannot resolve this issue for you. When you contact them, please provide them with this snip from your OFX Log, so that they can assist you with resolving this error.

    Providing them with the information from the error message in Quicken may also be helpful, if it provides an additional information from the financial institution.

    So I did the usual "deactivate" and now when I try to add my accounts, I get the error message "Sorry. We encountered and error. It's not your fault."

    Unfortunately, the "Sorry. We encountered and error. It's not your fault." is a known issue. An alert just came out for it a few days ago. If you haven't done so already, I recommend bookmarking the Community Alert (linked below), so that you will know of any updates, once available, and also know when the issue is resolved. If you don't see the bookmark option near the upper right, please make sure you're logged into the Community.
