Cannot add PSEG as an online biller

When I try to add PSEG as an online biller, I see that the authentication in progress, but then, a screen come up stating that Quicken is still trying to connect with the biller in the background, which never happens. I can connect with PSEG directly to their website using the same ID and password as used in Quicken. I note that PSEG uses two stage verification with a code sent to my cell phone. How do I make that work in Quicken?

I went ahead and checked the internal status of this Online Biller and unfortunately, it shows a degraded status which is why it will fail to connect at this time. We do not have an ETA on when this degraded status will be resolved.

Please consider this alternative to using Bill Manager. It's my understanding that many banks and billers, in an attempt to better secure their computer systems from hackers, are closing their doors to third-party data aggregators like Quicken, Intuit, etc.

Thank you, Jasmine, and UKR. I do automatically pay the PSEG bill. In fact, I moved to an equal pay mode so that the reminder will have the correct amount and show in the account that I use to pay it. I'll unlink, and eliminate the online bill for now, and check back later.
