unable to send invoice email

Hello, I was about to send an invoice but before i send to the customer i decided to test and send to myself. It's not working as i never received an email with invoice. I looked in my junk folder and still unable to find it. Please fix this issue.

    I attempted to replicate this issue but was unable to do so.

    First, could you please tell us where your data file is located on your computer? Is it stored in a folder saved on your local hard drive (C: Drive), or in a cloud-based/external drive (e.g.: OneDrive, DropBox, USB, etc.)?

    Also, what is the email domain of the email address you used to send the invoice (please provide only the domain name and not the full email address, as this is a public forum)?

    it’s located on my hard drive , it’s very easy to replicate. They way to do this, create a dummy invoice and try to send straight from quicken and will not be able to do it. However when I said send a copy to myself, I do receive them but I do not receive the original file.

    Yes, I used these same steps to try to replicate the issue, but in my case, the email was sent and received successfully.

    To further investigate, could you please provide the domain name of the email address you used to send the invoice? I’m asking because this will allow me to check with our internal teams to determine whether the domain is compatible with Quicken’s invoice email feature. Understanding this will help us assess whether the issue may be related to domain-specific compatibility.

    so I tested with my own email which is Hotmail and it’s not sending. I get notification that that email has been sent, but never received. I remember few months ago I used to received but it would land in my junk, however, this time I’m not getting at all. Thanks

    Thank for you following up with those details.

    To start with, have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling Quicken? Please refer to the following support articles for instructions on uninstalling here and reinstalling here.

    However, after you have uninstalled and before you proceed with reinstalling, please open your Windows File Explorer and navigate to This PC > C: Drive > Program Files (x86) and delete the folder titled "Quicken" (doing so does not affect your data files).

    After you have deleted this folder, go ahead and try reinstalling.
