Flagstar bank not updating in one step update

one step up date does not complete and keeps circling. I need to end task to exit quicken

I checked your account as well, and you are also receiving an FDP-185 error internally. While the external error you’re seeing is different, it is caused by the same underlying issue mentioned in the alert I previously linked.

thank you. I went into quicken and the update progressed to the secondary authentication level. I was resetting an account before reporting the problem.
the account was linked and express web connect is back for Flagstar bankAgain

I wish I could report a resolution but alas I am without. although the error has taken on a new code, CC-800. You know the drill better than I, something has changed and I suspect it has something to do with Flagstar Bank appears to have taken on a new mortgage servicer, Valon Mortgage Inc..
I usually just give up and just re-add the account. All my mortgage data is captured in Quicken via the payer account and proper categorization 🛠️. Having the mortgage account as a Property & Debt mostly helps in forward planning.

Hello,
Update; I have resolved one step update issue with Flagstar Bank Mortgage account. I tried adding the account again but it only reconciled the first time. I then deleted the two account and did not try adding account until next day. Coincidentally, there was an update available before adding Flagstar Bank mortgage account so I installed quicken update and then added the account.
All good for now.
