California Coast Credit Union Still Doesn't Work

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭

Although another discussion shows a resolution to some errors, and although Quicken tells me that my CCC account supports an improved connection, I only get the can't connect message. (No specific error.) This has been an issue since CalCoast changed their digital service, but it seems like for some people it works now?

    I took the liberty of reviewing your account and can see that you are receiving an internal FDP-106(CC-506) ACCOUNT_MISMATCH error.

    To troubleshoot this, I recommend you take a moment to review and follow the instructions found in this support article. Please be sure not to skip any steps, as each one can impact the outcome.

    Sorry, I hadn't seen the earlier comment and appreciate the response. I followed all the directions —however, as I believe I mentioned, Cal Coast CC has told me they are not supporting Quicken so there was no point and I can still only use manual downloads with those accounts..

    My larger point is that right now I have at least three accounts not working with Quicken (Vanguard, CalCoast, Nordstrom)—even if the problem comes from outside of Quicken, it makes the app not very useful.

    I understand how frustrating it must be to have multiple accounts impacted. It’s unfortunate that Cal Coast CC has chosen to discontinue online connectivity support with Quicken, as we understand how inconvenient that can be.

    Vanguard and Nordstrom are both known issues that our teams are actively working on, though we do not have an ETA on resolution for that at this time.
