Cannot connect to Ford Credit for auto loan details

Hi all,

Since starting a new auto loan in August 2025 with Ford Credit, I have been unable to connect to said account through Quicken, showing an error message indicating that Ford Credit has refused the connection. One of the posts in the Quicken Community said to contact Quicken Support. Upon contacting Quicken Support, they informed me I needed to call Ford Credit about this. My initial call to Ford Credit indicated that it's a quicken issue, but I did not have a feeling of confidence in the answer. After finding another contact phone number for Ford Credit, I was told under no uncertain terms that they do not, and will not, allow access to any third party financial management platforms. I tested this through a couple other financial institutions' online financial management platforms and confirmed that I cannot connect to Ford Credit through any of them.

I thought this might be helpful so am sharing with the community.
