Anyone having a problem updating within investment dashboard incorrectly?

When updating from the Investment Dashboard view only 3 securities of many update, the remainder show a zero change. If I then open the Portfolio tab all securities are accurately updated. If I update from the Portfolio view and then open the Investment Dashboard all securities are updated correctly. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a fix for this? I have reported it to quicken.

Mine does the same thing, after clicking Update, the Portfolio view shows the latest prices, but the Dashboard view doesn't show the changes. Exit quicken and go back in and Dashboard view will be correct. I assume its this way for everyone.

I was going to ask if you had All Accounts and All Securities selected near the top of the Investment Dashboard … but then I just went there (I don't normally use that function) and did an update and while 4 of 5 stocks updated (all in a single account), my single largest holding (in 2 other accounts) didn't update.SO, I can confirm what you're reporting. This may be a screen refresh issue …. because when I went back to take another look, that security HAD updated.

If I understand, I think mine behaves the same way, if I am updating from a different window such as "portfolio" the dashboard will be correct or if after updating and getting an incorrect number, I change the selection of accounts while in the dashboard, it will correct. It reminds me a little of the problem with the projected tax window. It doesn't show any CG. It corrects if I open the tax planner and monkey with the CG then the projected tax window will correct.
I reported the problem via the drop down "report a problem…" I did not talk directly with quicken.

This sounds similar to the longstanding issue with "Price day change" in the Investing > Portfolio views incorrectly showing zero. In that case, forcing a refresh by moving the view's As of date back by one day and returning to the problem date fixes the issue.
