I'm back. Citi is not updating on the regular daily schedule anymore. I can manually request the update and all works. Slightly different than before as it does show the date and time.

    Hello @McDonaldTech,

Sorry for the delayed reply. I moved your new question to a new discussion so it will get more attention.

To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. When you say that it's not updating on the regular daily schedule, do you mean you use the Schedule Updates feature and Citi is no longer updating? If that is what you're referring to, then please navigate to Tools>Schedule Updates… and verify that your Citi account(s) is still selected.

If you are referring to Citi not updating when you run One Step update, then please check to make sure that Citi is selected on the One Step Update Settings screen.

If you're referring to something else, then please provide more details what process you are using.

I look forward to your response!
