UPDATE! 2/5/25 Nationwide Annuity, Insurance, or Retirement - $0 Account Balance

This issue has been active for several months. It started as spotty $0 values, and now is fully shut down. Per conversation with Nationwide, their position is as noted below:
"Nationwide said that I (Quicken for Mac user) need to contact Quicken as that is where they (Nationwide) think the issue lies. They (Nationwide) do not technologically support 3rd party apps but you are still able to set up downloads in 3rd part apps, which is why they said to contact Quicken"
Appreciate any updates on status from Quicken for Mac.

Has this issue been resolved? I am also having the issue where it was showing $0, and now doesn't connect at all.
