Hello @SteveLoweIL,
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
First, I would like to check and see if you changed your connection method with EverBank to Web Connect before attempting to import the QFX file? You can review the instructions below on how to deactivate your accounts and then reconnect them using Web Connect. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).
- Open the Account List in Quicken (Tools > Account List OR Ctrl + A)
- If present, select the Show Hidden Accounts checkbox at the bottom of the Account List
- Edit each account with this financial institution to Deactivate (or Remove From One Step Update) on the Online Services tab
- After deactivating, import the QFX file
- Choose option to link to account
Please let me know how this goes!

Thank you for your reply @SteveLoweIL,
If you are having trouble with the QFX file you are downloading from the financial institution, you would need to reach out to the financial institution to get it fixed.
That said, there is another discussion on the Community about this exact same error message when trying to import a QFX file from Everbank. You may find this discussion useful:
I hope this helps!

Appears that everything is working with my Everbank account and Quicken. In fact, I was able to re-connect EverBank this morning and obtain all my missing transactions.
