Tigard Utilities Billing Still not Working

Back in the October/November time frame, the City of Tigard, Oregon changed their billing system. At that time I had an on-line chat and was told that Quicken was working on this and would be fixed in the next update.

Fast forward to February and after a couple of updates, this still does not work. Can you update me on this?

    From the gear icon in the Bills, Income & Transfers view, have you tried selecting Review and Repair / Review and Repair Online Billers?
    This might fix it, if both the Utilities company and Quicken / Intuit have gotten together and made the necessary changes.

    If it still doesn't work …
    Please consider this alternative to using Bill Manager. It's my understanding that many banks and billers, in an attempt to better secure their computer systems from hackers, are closing their doors to third-party data aggregators like Quicken, Intuit, etc.

    Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention!

    I went ahead and checked the internal status of this Online Biller and unfortunately, it shows a down status which is why it will fail to connect at this time. We do not have an ETA on when this Biller's status will be resolved.
