Updating quicken connected account names

I have several accounts in LifeHub which were added when I linked to my Quicken account. I recently updated a couple of account names in Quicken and synched with the cloud. Although these updates appear when I go to my Quicken mobile app, the updates are not reflected in LifeHub. Also, LifeHub won’t let me update the account name since it is a connected account and refers me back to Quicken.

Please help.

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

    In order to further assist you, I would like to gather some more information. Have you tried unlinking and re-linking the accounts in LifeHub to see if that forces an update to the names? When you made the changes in Quicken, did you update the account names in both the desktop and mobile versions, or just one? Also, have you checked whether other changes (such as balances or transactions) are syncing correctly between Quicken and LifeHub, or if it's just the account names that aren't updating? If you attempt to make another small change to the account name in Quicken and sync again, does that trigger an update in LifeHub?
