CC-501 Error when connecting to Navy Federal Credit Union.

Daily error beginning Feb 8, 2025.
NFCU not aware of errors.
Quicken support aware and unresolved.

Thank you for coming to the Community to let us know you're encountering this issue. I can see that you already contacted Support. Support reviewed the logs and saw an account not found error when you're attempting to connect with Navy Federal Credit Union.
Unfortunately, that is a known issue. If you haven't already done so, I recommend that you bookmark the Community Alert linked below so that you will get updates, when available, and know when the issue is resolved.
If you do not see the bookmark icon near the upper right, please make sure you're logged into the Community.

I have been a loyal and faithful user of Quicken for decades. I’m grateful for all your efforts to create and improve Quicken.
I’m also a career veteran and lifetime member of Navy Federal Credit Union, along with 14 million members. Founded in 1933, Navy Federal Credit Union is the largest national credit union in terms of both assets and membership.
Since November 2024, my Quicken Premier has been unable to auto download transactions from NFCU. Manual download is available but cumbersome, inconvenient with multiple accounts and. Frequent discussions with Quicken tech support provide me assurance they are aware of the issue.
Request confirmation of receipt, your personal inquiry into this problem and encouragement for a timely solution.
