ONGOING 2/28/25 Quicken Premier users not having Check Pay or Bill Pay allotment

We are aware of an issue with customers using Quicken Premier who are unable to use Check Pay or Quick Pay. When they check their allotments, it shows that they have 0 used and 0 available.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
