Capital One not downloading. "Unexpected error occurred. Care code FDP-189"

The last time it downloaded for me was the beginning of February.

    I went to Capital One site and disconnect the link to Quicken. Then I reconnected it in Quicken and it seems to be working again. So issue resolved for now.

    Thank you for coming back to post the resolution you found! When I check on our end, it looks like you also changed the connection option you were using (from Capital One Card Services to Capital One Card - Current).
