Green Progress bar on Planning Screen
Is there a way to prevent or warn the user from allocating money OVER the amount of income on the Planning Progress bar at top of month from my expenses? My eyesight isn't the greatest, but I'd like to be warned in advance of months that are tight.

Hello @Kathryn See,
Thanks for reaching out!
When you set up your budget in the Planning tab, does the green progress bar change color or provide any indication when allocations go over available income? Would a report or dashboard view help you spot tight months more easily? Have you tried using Quicken’s projected balances or cash flow reports to see potential shortfalls in advance? Are you primarily entering income manually, or does Quicken pull it from linked accounts? If income isn’t accurately reflected, could that be affecting the progress bar’s calculations?
Let me know how you’re currently tracking this and if any of Quicken’s existing features are helping—or falling short—of what you need!
