Printing in Landscape Format

Thank you for your reply,
Since this is happening only in Quicken, that implies some setting within the program is defaulting to portrait. Please navigate to File>Printer Setup>For Reports/Graphs.
Make sure it sees the correct printer, then click the Properties button.
Make sure it's set to landscape.
Please let me know how it goes!

Windows or Mac? Your profile says Windows but you're posting in a Mac forum.
If you really are asking about Quicken Mac, which reports are you having this problem with? I checked a few of the reports I frequently use & they all print in Landscape just fine.

Hello @ams228,
That sounds like a frustrating issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. Which report(s) is this happening with? Is this happening when printing to PDF, printing a physical copy, or both? When did you first notice this issue? Were there any recent changes that seem to have triggered this behavior, such as a program/computer update, a new printer, etc.?
I look forward to your reply!

Thank you for your prompt reply Kristina.
I ran a report which purported to show the amount spent in a certain category of expense over the last 18 months - it looked fine and then I saved it. Then I chose "print" and clicked on the "landscape" option. On the screen it looked fine and showed up as in landscape mode but when it was printed, it printed in "portrait" mode. I am more than happy to send you additional information should you need it.
Thank you
Arthur

Thank you for your reply,
What kind of printer do you use? Have you verified the printer drivers are up to date? Have you tested to see if this printing issue happens with any other programs? Does this issue happen only with this specific report, or do you see it happen with anything you try to print from Quicken?
Thank you!

In response to your latest questions:
I am using the latest Windows operating system on my HP desktop. My printer is a Canon Image Class 4890 and the drivers are up to date. Both modes printing Excel work perfectly. This issue recurs with any Quicken report I try to print Does this issue happen only with this specific report, or do you see it happen with anything you try to print from Quicken?
Thank you again
