Memo field on Check Pay checks

When entering information in the Check Pay Payment box, there is a Memo field. Below that field there is a check box for "include memo on printed check stub". I've looked at some of the checks images from my bank and there is no memo field.
There is a reference field which is populated with the data from the Account Number field in the payee setup box.
I would like the memos to be printed on my checks. Is this possible or is it a Quicken software bug?
Thanks.

Hello again,
Thank you for your patience as I’ve had the chance to gather more information from the team. Here’s what I can confirm regarding the memo field and its printing:
The memo field in the Check Pay Payment box is specifically designed to print on the check stub, not directly on the check itself. When a payment is sent, the check is accompanied by a full sheet of paper. This sheet contains the check, which has a perforated edge, enabling the recipient to easily detach the check from the memo portion.
While the memo will not appear directly on the check, it will be printed on the attached memo stub for reference. This is the intended method for displaying this information.
Currently, it is not possible to have the memo directly printed on the check itself. The system is designed with the memo intended to be on the stub rather than the check.
If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out.

It makes sense that the memo is printed on the check stub. I wasn't able to check that since my bank only makes images of the check itself available. I'll send a check to myself and confirm that it's working correctly. Thank you.
