IMPOSSIBLE to get a REFUND

Hi,
I bought Quicken classic from outside US, and none of the methods to even ask for a refund (within 30 days) are working. The phone number doesn't seem available from where I am calling (Europe).
There is a similar post from 2024 here, that a moderator caught and solved.
Can anyone help?
