Target Red Card Not Downloading Transactions

It's been about a week since my Target Card is not downloading transactions. Can anyone give me status on a fix?

Thank you for letting us know you're running into this problem. To help troubleshoot this, please provide more information. Are you seeing any error messages/codes when you attempt to update the account? If not, what is happening when you try to update (for example, everything seems to work fine, but no transactions download)?

everything else is working fine. all other downloads for all other cards and banks are downloading with no problem. The error message I get when I try to download through one step update is that Target Guest Card not downloading due to a quicken server issue. The exact error message is CC501. "Unable to update these accounts because of an error on the Quicken server."

According to this article on CC-501 errors, since this has been going on longer than 24 hours and it isn't a known issue, please contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance, since they have access to tools that we on the Community cannot access, they will likely need to review the log files to determine the cause of the issue, and they're able to escalate the issue as needed. The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.

according to the community, all retail credit cards are having this problem. Kohl's, Home Depot and many others. This has been happening since the last update so it doesnt make sense for me to go to the trouble of sending you log files when it's clearly a universal problem on Quicken's side.

If so, that is not a universal retail outage. They did list several retail cards, but most of those cards already have known issues (alerts for those issues are posted in the discussion linked above).
To resolve the CC-501 error you are reporting, I recommend that you contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance.

I reset the Target online account and my transactions are downloading again. You can close this issue.
