Issues since last update to R61.20

Since this last update old transactions have been showing up as new to match after on line updates. I delete them but the sometimes reappear after the next update.
Anyone else seeing this?

Hello @Tiberius675,
Thank you for taking the time to bring this issue to our attention!
I took the liberty of reviewing your account but did not find any internal errors. To better assist you, we’ll need to gather some additional details.
- When did you first notice this behavior? Did it start immediately after installing the latest update?
- Are the duplicate transactions appearing in all accounts or just specific ones (e.g.: checking, savings, credit cards, etc.)?
- Are the transactions appearing with the same date, payee, and amount, or are there any differences?
- Which financial institution(s) are affected? Are you experiencing this with just one or multiple institutions?
- After deleting the transactions, do they always reappear after the next update, or is it inconsistent?
- Aside from deleting the transactions, what, if any, troubleshooting have you tried so far?
- Have you noticed any other unusual behavior in Quicken since the update?
Lastly, Where is your Quicken data file stored—on your local hard drive (C: Drive) or in a cloud-based/external drive (e.g.: OneDrive, Dropbox, USB, etc.)?
Check back and let us know! Thank you.
