Latest updates

I have installed two updates in the past month or so and each time it just wreaks havoc on the application. Billing manage doesn't display and you can't scroll anywhere on the screen and the online updating method keeps changing from web connect and won't reestablish despite many tries.
Why oh why does an update to improve things wreak such havoc?

Are you seeing any error messages when trying to use Billing Manager or update accounts? Regarding your account connections, how were they originally set up—Web Connect, Direct Connect, or Express Web Connect—and what specific error is preventing reestablishment? Also, which financial institutions are you trying to connect with, and have you checked if they’ve made any changes to their connection methods?
With the Billing Manager issue, does the screen fail to load entirely, or does it partially load but become unresponsive? The scrolling problem is also concerning—does this affect all areas of the application or just certain sections?
Answering these questions might help pinpoint whether the issue stems from the update itself, a corrupted installation, a financial institution’s changes, or a setting within Quicken.
