I am encountering similar problem with Capital One, except that after One Step Update, I get a popup that there was a problem CC-506.

I have 4 accounts at Capital One, 2 CDs, a checking and a savings account. All 4 have been updating regularly without issue until this past weekend (using 'Capital One New' as the financial institution). Now I get an error that the 'account was not found'. I went through the process to reset. The first time Capital One shows the 4 accounts and all are checked to be authorized to share. But when it returns to Quicken, it shows only 3 accounts and the action is 'don't add to Quicken' which cannot be changed. So I tried again, this time going into the account details of 1 account and trying to reset. On the Capital One site it is the same, showing all 4 accounts are authorized. This time when it returns to Quicken, the 2 CDs are shown where I can link to the existing accounts, but the other 2 accounts are still shown as 'Do not add to Quicken'. Data file is stored locally on my PC. I reported a problem using the link under help as shown above by Quicken Anja

I took the liberty of reviewing your account, but do not see any internal errors occur. Therefore, to start with, please take a moment to review and follow the error-specific troubleshooting instructions found in this support article regarding error CC-506.

Hi, I had the error for several more days. I tried deactivating (not resetting) one of the accounts, and it allowed me to reactivate that account. So them I tried to do the same with the other three but this then gave me the error on the first account, so I ended up deactivating each of the 4 accounts, then tried reactivating 1 of them and then it gave me the ability to activate the others as well. Since then it seems to be ok. Thanks for checking

I had a similar problem 2 weeks ago. I deactivated/reactivated each of my 3 Capital One accounts. Come to find out Capital One wanted me to reauthorize each account. It all worked fine since. I'm surprised Capital One didn't send me an email to reauthorize them instead of me finding out by not getting downloads. C'est la vie!
