Move Accounts from Business Banking Category to "non Business" Banking Category

Used Quicken Home & Business for decades; just closed my business end of 2025.
I downgraded my subscription from "Business" to "Premier". I can not move my banking accounts out of the Business category. It allows movement within Business but can not move out of Business category???
Any ideas???

Do you still have access to the business account registers, to view old transactions and to add new transactions, if necessary?
You could create new personal account registers for new transactions and, in Quicken, transfer the balance from old business to new personal register. Then stop using the old register, rename it to "XXX acct name(old)", deactivate it from One Step Update and mark it closed.
You still have the old registers, if you need to review old transactions or create historical reports. Just be sure to include both old and new registers into the views or report selections.0

Hello @ChasPA,
We appreciate you letting us know about this issue!
If you don’t mind, could you please provide the exact steps you are taking to try and move the accounts?
Have you tried changing the Account Intent settings? To do so, please navigate to Tools > Account List, click the Edit button, then go to the Display Options tab, and hit the dropdown for Intent and see if it'll let you change change it to Personal there.
Check back and let us know!

Thanks for the response. I had tried the Account Intent but only have a "Credit" or "Liability" option. The other intents are no longer displayed. They were displayed before I downgraded from Quicken Personal & Business to Quicken Premier earlier this week?? I downgraded because I no longer needed the "business" features since I closed my business.
I also try to use the drag & drop feature in the Rearrange Accounts … it will not allow me to drag the accounts out of the Business category.
I am stuck … guessing I should have done this before I downgraded :( Any thoughts??
