Same issue. I have to reconnect my USAA accounts on a regular basis. I have changed nothing. I have reported this problem several times but it keeps happening. This has been going on for several months.

Thank you for letting us know you're also having issues with transactions not downloading from USAA. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. When did you first notice the issue? How often does this happen? Does this affect all of your USAA accounts, or just some? Is it random which accounts are affected? Does this happen with any other financial institutions?
Note - This issue has also been reported to the proper channels for further investigation and resolution. Thank you for sending logs to help with the investigation!

Over roughly the past 7 days I have experienced this very same issue: must constantly re-authorize dowloading of data from my multiple USAA accounts into Quicken.
!!! PLEASE FIX THIS ONGOING PROBLEM !!!

Our teams are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. Because they do not provide ETAs, I'm not able to provide an estimated time for the issue to be resolved. We do not currently have an alert for this issue, but you can post to this thread to request updates.
