    Hello @frankmartin,

I have taken the time to review the internal error that you are receiving an FDP-185 with Flagstar Bank - Personal Login, however, before troubleshooting further. I did see there is an instance in the Quicken for Windows Financial Institution list labeled Flagstar Private Bank, have you attempted to connect using this instance? If so, what occurred?

    Let me know!

    Jasmine,

I haver tried the Private Bank choice and when I get to the sign in page, it asks for Ptrofile/Company ID and User ID. What is the Profile/Company ID? I have a user ID but get stuck there.

Also, if I put my User ID in the Profile/Company write in, and my PW in the next write in, I go to a security screen for a text message code. But the phone numbers are not any affiliated with me.

    Hello @frankmartin,

Thanks for attempting that instance and providing more details.

In this case, I suggest navigating back to the Flagstar Bank - Personal Login instance in order to attempt to resolve the error message you receiving. As mentioned, I can see that you are internally receiving an FDP-185 (CC-585) with these accounts. This usually means that your financial institution has added a new security feature that requires your attention before your account can be updated. This could be a new verification step that needs to be completed on the financial institution's website. You can find the instructions to do so below, it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding. You can find more information and these instructions in this Support Article.

Ensure you are on the latest release for your version of Quicken:

    1. Select Tools menu > One Step Update.
    2. Click Update Now.

You can also check for an update by going to Help > Check for Updates.

    Refresh your online account information:

    1. From your account register, select the Actions gear icon at the very top of your register (Ctrl + Shift + N).
    2. Select Update Now.
    3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
    4. Repeat these steps for each financial institution experiencing this error.

    Visit your financial institution's website:

    1. Sign in to your financial institution's website.
    2. Navigate to the page where you view your account information.
    3. When you encounter the new web page that requires your response, fill out the requested information and dismiss the screen. If you have the option to not display the page or ask you again, select that option. If you do not, the error may continue to occur.

Note: Some financial institution websites may have this new security requirement located in your inbox or message center.

    I hope this helps!
