RE: RESOLVED 3/12/25 Chime - CP_SERVER_ERROR (2800)

I've recently had a software update (Quicken Mac) apply yesterday but still have this issue happening. Do I need to 'disconnect' and 'reconnect' to Chime in my account setup tabs? Thank you for any guidance available.

We appreciate you taking the time to let us know that this issue is still occurring for you.
After reviewing the internal escalation ticket, I can confirm that it remains open and is still actively being worked on. The Community Alert was initially marked as resolved because the internal alert had been closed. However, since the escalation ticket is still in progress, I have updated the Alert post to reflect that it is now marked as Closed rather than Resolved.
Although the alert is closed, once the escalation ticket is fully addressed and the issue is resolved, the alert will be updated accordingly.

Thank you for the quick response Anja. After I left you the note, I just went into my ACCOUNT configuration for Chime and did an UPDATE CONNECTION with my same credentials, logged into my bank account and all 3 of my accounts with them updated all transaction since early February! Not sure if other customers may need to take this step or not but I'm back in business!
