Quicken connection types for Fidelity accounts?

I am considering establishing Fidelity accounts, what Quicken connection types are available for Fidelity accounts? Does anyone have any comment on connection capability? Thanks

There are multiple instances of Fidelity listed in our financial institution list. Three of the most commonly used ones are:
- Fidelity - Investments and Retirement Accounts (supports Quicken Connect)
- Fidelity Investments Mac (supports Direct Connect)
- Fidelity NetBenefits (supports Direct Connect)
