Quicken for Mac Premier And Zillow Not Updating Property Values

I am not getting automatic updates to the two real estate properties which I have in my Quicken. I have looked in the "Account Settings" tab, then in the "Downloads" portion, and it looks like I have correctly registered my properties with Zillow, but the page also shows me that there have been 0 Updates to the property - and that is not correct, because Zillow sends me emails every month when they do adjust the real estate values for these properties. I realize the property update from Zillow only happens once every 30 days, but can't seem to ever see the real estate values get automatically entered into Quicken as advertised. Any advice?

I don't know about Quicken Mac, but for Quicken Windows "automatically" means clicking on this button in the register (and it fetching the current estimate and allowing you to use that as the new balance):
Or there is also a reminder that can be set that puts a "reminder icon" in the Account List when "due" and you can click on that to do the update.
The updating isn't tied to the downloading of transactions and such.

In Quicken Mac, the description of how Zillow integration works is different than shown for Quicken Windows:
So it's (supposed to be) nearly automatic, downloading new Zillow values and resulting adjustments in Quicken during regular account updates.
What @Herb A is reporting is that these transactions aren't happening automatically as described. I've added a property in the past for testing purposes, but I don't have one in my test files which has been there for more than a month, so I can't corroborate this; hopefully some other Quicken Mac users can chime in.

Thanks for the suggestions; however, I'm now seeing a different problem. Last week, when I noticed there was no automatic update, I turned off the automatic update on two properties I own. Today, I re-engaged the Automatic update feature, but the results were surprising. There was indeed updates to each of my properties which entered automatically; however, the adjusted amounts were approximately half of what they should have been. I'm going to just leave those amounts alone and hope over the next 30 days, the automatic updates feature will "catch up" with what Zilllow shows if I go directly to their web site for such data. Anyone have another suggestion.

I'd keep in mind that Quicken may log in to Zillow and pull in an update on a day different than you check Zillow's current value, so that may explain the discrepancy.
