Account number changes, updated link, no errors but new transactions not downloading. Help!

quicken classic for Mac V8.1.1
Mac OS 15.3.2
As title notes. I have an Ally saving account. I changed account numbers but want to keep the same account going.
I delinked and re-linked with the new account numbers.
I get absolutely no errors, but no transactions download.
any suggestions?

Are you still experiencing this issue? When checking internally, I am not showing an online connection set up for AllyBank. Is the account currently disconnected?
