Midflorida Credit Union: Attempting to Add Account - CC-502 Error

MidFlorida Credit Union account displaying CC-502 error when attempting to add the account for One Step Update (OSU) via Tools > Add Account. I've submitted log files via the Quicken app option for developers to troubleshoot.

Issues with Midflorida CU and Quicken OSU have been an ongoing issue for well over a year. OSU's worked for a time with Midflorida and then stopped working.

When will Quicken team have this issue resolved, and what is the current status of a resolution?

Is this issue on the development roadmap or still on the backlog of issues to be resolved?

    I appreciate you taking the time to report this issue.

    I took the time to review the internal error records and can see that you are receiving an FDP-102 (CC-502) error with MidFlorida. I also reviewed your previous interactions with Quicken Support and noted that this issue was escalated back in August 2024. At that time, there was an active alert related to this error message for MidFlorida Credit Union. However, that alert was resolved in January 2025.

    Given the length of time you have been experiencing this issue and the resolution of the previous alert, I strongly recommend reaching out to Quicken Support directly for further assistance. An escalation may be necessary to investigate this further. The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here.     Hi Jasmine, I appreciate your assistance and are basically considering transitioning from Quicken to another application. Too many issues that need escalation and are long-term unresolved.
