Barclays still having issues?

I have/had three accounts with Barclays. After the web "update" in December, 2024 downlaods to the credit cards and savings account stopped working. Contacted Barclays 6 times and got no fixes. I cancelled the savings account in January. I tried to download the credit cards using the qfx file today and that did not enter the transactions. It updated the online balance on one of the two credit card accounts. Go figure! Setting up Direct Connect yields:
I would have thought that Barclays would have addressed the issue by now. Is there a fix?
The credit cards are for American Airtlines. It seems American is fed up with Barclays too and will conver to Citi. 😒

My Barclays account is not synching my transactions. I am using R61.21 on Windows. Just started happening a few days ago. I tried resetting, then deactivated and reactivated. Nothing working

Same issue with Barclays Credit Cards this morning March 30th. No error message, download status box presents as if the accounts downloaded activity normally but the account registers have no downloaded transactions.

Same issue for me. The download does reflect the correct "Online Balance" but did not upload the transaction. Can you please provide an update? Your alert hasn't been updated since March 17. This is really frustrating….My Target Redcard also has issues. Two accounts where I have to do manual updates. What is the point of paying for a subscription if I have to manually update accounts. Problems have been going on for weeks now.

Agree with @pintodog. Target AND 2 Barclays accounts not working and unable to reset accounts or create new connections.

On 4/1/25, I added a new Barclays savings account and thought I had connected it successfully to quicken. On 4/2/25 I was advised by Quicken that there was a connection issue and needed to reestablish the connection. I foillowed the prompts and only myOld Navy Navyist Rewards credit card (a Barclays-managed credit card) was found as an available account to connect to, and it had been previously connected. How can I connect my Barclays savings account to Quicken if the account at Barclays appears as non-existing when I try?

I have not been able to connect to Barclays for either savings or credit card accounts since they "upgraded" back in November, 2024. Numerous calls to their support line fell on deaf ears. Result: I closed my savings account. I tried again to set up OSU with my credit card. Get a CC-592 error. Very strange since I can log into the account via the web.
The credit card issue will solve itself when Citi takes over the American Airline credit cards. Barclays used to be a reliable provder. No longer.
I have set reminders in my calendar to use the manual download method at least once per month.

Tried manual download. Quicken cannot verify the authenticity of the FI. Click OK. grunt.

Savings account still not being presenmted as an account to connect with on Barclays Bank Delaware; only the Old Navy Mastercard shows as an account that Quicken can connect with using cards.barclaycardus.com. So, still not working as ity should.

Same CC-501 error when attempting downloading from Barclays savings account. This started again beginning of April

Good news! After installing the R62.16 update today, my Barclays CC account is working normally.
It hadn't been functioning at all for the past 1.5 months, so this was a great surprise.
Here's hoping other folks are also seeing this fix, too.

After the debacle in fall of 2024, I finally got the link between Barclays and Quicken working, until late March 2025. Since that time I generally cannot connect. I tried again today and no connection. Barclays said it is not their issue (tried before I saw message not to contact Barclays below). I wish Quicken would communicate with users about what the issue is and whether/when it will be resolved.

I also got connected but the next day, many accounts could not connect including Barclay's. See the discussion "One Step Update is Stuck on "Processing Data".

Quicken for Mac - Cannot connect any Barclay’s credit cards . They were connected previously
Care Code: CC-929 (QCS-0429-2)
Also my Bask Bank, Cit Bank , Synchrony Verizon and Target cards no longer connect . I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting and adding them as new accounts .

4-17-25. Downloads from Barclay Savings into QW is now successful. Had to "Add Account" (reset failed a few days ago.) and QW found the account and I linked it. OSU has been good for two days now.

Today, I Deactivated and reactivated Barclays Bank Delaware accounts. That resolved all of the issues. No longer getting CC-501 errors on any accounts. Processing work on all online connected accounts.
