I'm here just to add to the chorus of users having difficulty paying to renew a subscription. I needed to change to a new credit card and added it, setting it as the default, in the subscription payment window. But I continued to receive emails that I needed to update the information I had already updated. I work and do not have the time to call or chat during the day. Thankfully, a Canadian user posted a solution:
My U.S. screens were different, but following essentially the same process got me to a place where I could send an instant payment — not the automatic payment that is supposed to work. This should not be so difficult!
