Permission denied trying to read community message updates

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭

I am trying to review the recently posted updates to "Pentagon Federal Credit Union - CC-555/DFP-155" (https://community.quicken.com/discussion/comment/20476110#Comment_20476110) updated on 12 Mar and "Multiple Fls - FDP-101/FDP-103, CC-501/CC-503" (https://community.quicken.com/discussion/comment/20480833#Comment_20480833) also updated on 12 Mar and I am getting "Permission Problem
You don't have permission to do that" on both.
I would like to know what was in those updates.
I am on Windows 11 using Edge with all updates applied.

    Hello @derekpc,

    I understand how frustrating it can be to try accessing important updates only to run into a permission issue.

    The reason you're unable to view those threads is that both alerts—"Pentagon Federal Credit Union - CC-555/FDP-155" and "Multiple FIs - FDP-101/FDP-103, CC-501/CC-503"—were marked as resolved on March 12, 2025. Per our system policy, alerts are automatically archived three days after being resolved, which is why they are no longer available.

    If you're still experiencing these issues, please let us know, and we’d be happy to assist you further! Your experience matters to us, and we want to make sure you’re able to get back up and running smoothly.

    Thanks!

    @Quicken Jasmine

    Thanks for the info. Three days really seems unreasonable to me (not your call, I realize). As the digest only comes out once a week, how is one supposed to know that a response has been posted in time to read it. Some folk may check the community daily, but I generally only do so if I get a notice there is an update to something I'm following (I just checked my email and did get a notice, so my bad for not seeing it) or I'm troubleshooting an issue. I was just interested in what the resolution was, not still having the issue since Penfed brought out their new authorization method.

    Thanks anyway.
