NEW 3/19/25 Coastal Federal Credit Union - Incorrect Balance

The balances and transaction signs for my Checking, Savings, and Credit Card accounts at Coastal Federal Credit Union display incorrectly. However, the value of the balance will be correct in Quicken Classic:

Checking Account:

  • The balance is showing as negative when it should be positive.
  • Transactions are incorrectly categorized as positive when they should be negative.

Savings Account:

  • The balance is showing as negative when it should be positive.
  • Transactions are incorrectly categorized as negative when they should be positive.

Credit Card Accounts:

  • Charges are displayed as payments, and payments are displayed as charges.
  • This issue affects how balances and transactions appear in Quicken.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
