In my case, after having the issue for weeks, I changed my login password on the home depot/credit card site. I then Reauthorized, when prompted, entered the new credentials on the web page that opened. That worked!

https://community.quicken.com/profile/Quicken%20Jasmine - Thanks for your reply but I can not validate your response. With only 2 FI downloads working out of my 6 original FIs (which had been downloading transactions successfully for the last 15 years), I could no longer justify the expense of a QM Classic renewal.

If the CitiBank Home Depot Consumer credit Card FI can now be successfully linked for downloads and updates transactions as expected, I would consider renewing my subscription. I will reach out to the Community for validation.

ATTN: OTHER COMMUNITY MEMBERS USING HOME DEPOT CITIBANK CONSUMER CREDIT CARD FI

I'm looking. for a few more subscribers that were having this specific issue and have restored transaction downloads for the Cit iHome Depot Consumer Credit Card.

Is your Home. Deport Consumer Credit Card FI working correctly now - linking Quicken to your Home Depot Citi account and downloading transactions successfully? If so, please confirm by responding to this post and confirm which Home Depot Citibank FI you are using (there are several, IIRC).

https://community.quicken.com/profile/NitDawg - https://community.quicken.com/profile/Gary - thanks for being the first to offer conformation!

    Thanks in advance!

    Scott

Mine seemed to be working for a while (though i have only one payment transaction a month, so nothing actually downloaded). But this morning I had the "failure" circle on the account.

I then this morning did an edit account > online > reset (which took me through the "supply username and password" data sharing confirmation with Citi), and it seems to have cleared. (Those two interest lines were both for $0).

My Home Depot is still not authorizing. Same error: We encountered a problem processing your request. Please try again later.

I tried resetting the account, deleting and reentering, etc. Still won't work.

    I'm using:

    Quicken Classic Deluxe
    Version R62.16
    Build 27.1.2.16
    Windows 10 Enterprise

AND I've been attempting to connect to a Home Depot Citibank Consumer card account. It has never worked, been trying for over a month now !I'd say, based on all the issues logged, that there IS a known issue with quicken that's not being acknowledged.

I've been sent in circles in community forums so far, but am eager to hear from others too.
