    Hello @JKQUESTIONS,

Thank you for adding to this discussion!

Upon reviewing your account, I do not see any errors occurring internally for you either. Could you please provide the information I previously requested to help us investigate further?

    Thank you!

I am having the same problem. Two day ago, one step update opened a screen asking me to re-authorize my BEST BUY and HOME DEPOT accounts. Neither worked. I would sign in and the screen showing authorizing success would appear and then an error screen asking me to sign in again. Within a day I was successful in re-authorizing BEST BUY but continue to receive the error screen for HOME DEPOT. Both accounts are issued by CITIBANK.

    Hello @lbsunbum,

We appreciate you reaching out to tell us about the issue you are experiencing. I went ahead and split your comment into a separate post as you commented in a Mac thread, but I can see that you are using Windows.

Regarding the issue with Home Depot Consumer Credit Card, when checking your account, I am seeing an FDP-105 error occur internally. This error typically presents itself as CC-505 error in-product. Is this the error you are seeing on your end? If not, please provide the exact error, if any, that you are receiving.

Additionally, please refer to the details I requested earlier in the original thread here, and please provide that information as well so we can further investigate.

    Thank you!

I am having the same issue and it has been going on for a while. I got the citibank changes email but nothing in that seems to apply. I tried to reconnect and the citibank side says it worked but Quicken gets an error.

    Hello All,

We will be forwarding this issue to the proper channels to have this further investigated. However, we request that you please navigate to Help > Report a problem within your Quicken program and submit a problem report with log files and screenshots attached in order to contribute to the investigation.

It would also aid the investigation to include a sanitized file when submitting the problem report. A sanitized file is a data file that removes personally identifiable information so you can comfortably share this file with the Quicken team.

While you will not receive a response through this submission, these reports will help our teams in further investigating the issue. The more problem reports we receive, the better.

We apologize for any inconvenience in the meantime! Thank you.

I am seeing the same behavior that lbsunbum has mentioned. I too have a Best Buy and a Home Depot credit card issued by Citibank. Best Buy re-authorized in first attempt. HD card is giving issues since last 3-4 days. What i also observed is the few seconds after authorizing the Best Buy card the progress bar on Quicken side resumed and then it asked me to connect the existing account. Same thing when I am doing for HD card, the few seconds later when the progress bar is supposed to resume, Quicken errors with the same result as the screenshot attached by Dan Gilmartin. My guess is as soon as HD website is sending the "handshake" back to quicken, something is breaking down.

Having the same problem for the past few days.

I am seeing similar issues with Home Depot. I am getting this message even after re-authorizing. All other accounts update just fine during this same One Step Update.

I had my Home Depot card linked just fine. Then, we got the message about redoing Citi cards. I went through the reauthorization process and it worked fine - on the services.quicken.com web page it says

Your accounts have been authorized successfully!

You will now be redirected back to Quicken. If you are not redirected in a few seconds, you can close this window and return to Quicken

However, in Quicken, it says "Sign in to Home Depot Consumer Credit Card bank failed. Try again." I've done it 3 times, so the issue is clearly with Quicken.

I have EXACTLY the same problem with the HOME DEPOT CITIBANK card…I've tried to ADD ACCOUNT and link . Doesn't work. Authorizes but always get the same error. Tried actual account and future . No Help…Probably 10 different times . Same error below.

"Sign in to Home Depot Consumer Credit Card bank failed. Try again."

    Come on Quicken..

I am having the same issue with reauthorization of Home Depot Credit Card. If I want to log into the Citi Bank Home Depot card through a web browser, it works fine, but if I try the requthorize through Quicken, my login fails with the attached message.

Two days in a row I have tried this, and have even successfully changed my password on Citi for the account, but Quicken still refuses to reauthorize.

Same issues using Quicken on MAC. You go to Citi and login and all goes well, you get the message "Your Accounts have been authorized successfully" , then a pop up box "Unexpected Error Occurred FDP-105 FI_WEBSITE_UNAVAILABE" have tired this multi times with the same problem. On Quicken end, account setting I removed auto downloads, restarted and set up the account for downloads, when through the same process again with the same results.

    I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE

  • Member ✭✭

Having the same Home Depot account authorization problem on Windows. It goes into an endless loop trying to authorize the account.

  • Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭

I am unable to perform the required reauthorization on this account. I have tried multiple times and keep getting the same result, I sign into the account via the reauthorization window, log in is successful, I get a response from Home Depot that the account has been reauthorized, yet Quicken shows the reauthorization failed. I have even tried deactivating the online access in Quicken and starting from scratch and get the same result.

    Same issue for me

  • Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭

I have done some more troubleshooting of this issue.

When Quicken attempts to get me to reauthorize it sends me to:

    https://citiretailservices.citibankonline.com/RSauth/ob/aggregator/obsignon?siteId=PLCN_HOMEDEPOT&pageName=obsignon&langId=en_US"

When I enter my login and password, it fails every time (see attachment in OP):

When I go to Citi and select the Home Depot card, it sends me to:

When I enter my login and password, it works every time.

Got the account to authorize. I had to turn off Adblock Plus on the web page redirect and then I was allowed to log in to Citi.

I just successfully setup Home Depot (Citi)! (I also completely disabled and exited Adguard.)

  • Quicken Windows Subscription Member

I successfully setup Home Depot after I disabled Malwarebytes by right clicking on the icon and selecting 'Quit Malwarebytes' in the 'Show hidden icons', (^ icon lower right)

  • Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭

Yes, that is indeed the resolution. Turned off UBlock Origins, reauthorized, and turned it back on.
