RESOLVED 3/31/25 Citi Migration Issues

Due to Citi's Migration, we have seen reports of users trying to connect to their accounts with various financial institutions that are part of Citi. Users will authorize successfully but then when returning to Quicken they will receive an error code or error message. This is seen mostly in Quicken Classic for Mac, but also has occurred in Windows.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
