    I started getting error OL-301A this morning also, Called Vanguard to report. The rep took general info to submit a "Ticket". She wasn't aware of the the problem.

    Same, just started for me this morning. I was updating fine from Vanguard for a matter of weeks before this new outage. Nothing has changed in my setup. I just downloaded from Vanguard successfully yesterday. This morning, it's broken.

    I connected today…got no error message. Could it be since I did nothing when the 295-A error was happening….I just waited it out…that is the reason I did not get the 301 error…I am using my original date File; made no chnages to it…those that are getting the 301 errr…could it be due to all they have gone thru….to get rid of the 295 error and connect with Direct Connect again….. Just thought it might be something for Jim to give some thought to…maybe nothing.

    Got an OL 301A message when I tried to automatically update my quicken account. called vanguard who admitted they knew about this, but had no idea at this point when it will be resolved (I assume at their end). She suggested that I do a download to a file and update date it that way for now. I fear deja vu all over again since the February multi-week event.

    I also did nothing during the entire time the 295-A error was happening. I just waited and input transactions into my three Vanguard accounts manually. I didn't even download transactions from Vanguard; I just added them into the Quicken registers myself. Then, magically, the 295-A error stopped happening a few weeks ago, and my Vanguard accounts in Quicken were updated the normal way.

    That worked great until this morning, when I tried to update my Quicken accounts and got the OL 301-A error message for my Vanguard accounts. So, I can report that doing nothing to my Quicken accounts did not spare me from the OL 301-A error today.

    You did do something…you manually added transaction…. To clarify…I did not even do that…I just left my Vanguard accts alone and during OSU which included other institutions, suffered thru the 295-A error until…Vanguard got the Fix in place

    Same here. Just went through the OL-295 error with Vanguard last month, now we have this OL-301A this month….

    Appears fixed - did an update this morning and it worked as it's supposed to - no error message. Thank you for resolving this! 🛠️

    Yesterday I had the OL-301-A error.

    This morning (Mar 29) it worked fine!

    I have three files with Vanguard accounts and everything downloaded perfectly. Looks like it's fixed.
