Unbookmark not working

Quicken Windows Subscription Member, Windows Beta Beta

I had bookmarked on of the topics when Vanguard was having OSU issues. I've now removed the bookmark - but still continue to receive email messages whenever there is a post. I've confirmed that the bookmark symbol is not highlighted for the topic (see screenshot).

And the "My Bookmarks" link shows "9" - but when I click and get brought to the list - it only shows 2 topics. Neither of which is the one I'm still getting emails for.

How can I stop getting emails for this topic?

    Hello @Darren@,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Did you happen to comment in the Vanguard thread? If so, that would be why you are still receiving notifications for this thread even if you no longer have the thread bookmarked.

As for the bookmark count being different from the number of posts you actually see in your bookmarks—this is likely due to older posts you had previously bookmarked being archived after they were first added to your bookmarks. This is a known issue that has been reported.

Hope this clarifies things for you! Thank you.

Yes, I have a post in the Vanguard thread.

Is there any way to turn off email notices? The topic has gotten reused for another (but different) Vanguard failure and have been getting 10-20+ emails per day for an issue that isn't affecting me…

Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to turn off notifications for one specific thread without turning off your email notifications for all posts you have responded to. However, we will be closing that Vanguard thread here shortly and redirecting users experiencing the new error to a new thread.

Once that thread is closed, you should stop receiving those notifications as well.
